A Washington State appeals court granted an emergency order to a retired physician facing disciplinary action by the Washington Medical Commission in 2021 over articles he had written against the official COVID-19 narration.
Dr. Richard J. Eggleston is facing disciplinary action for articles he published in the Lewiston Tribune, which questioned the information
and guidelines regarding the pandemic.
If they offered advice contrary to the official info, doctors may be accused of spreading false information. For example, doctors could be accused of spreading misinformation if they gave advice contrary to the official information.
