Two House Democrats publicly called on Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein, California, to resign well before her term ends.

@SenFeinstein should resign. We have to prioritize the country over personal loyalty. Although she has been in public service for a long time, it is evident that she is unable to fulfill her duties. Speaking out is detrimental to our credibility as elected representatives for the people,” Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna, California tweeted Wednesday

Feinstein, who has been out of the Senate since contracting shingles earlier this year, sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee — her absence changes the Democrats’ 10-9 majority on the body to a 9-9 tie with Republicans.

We have a crisis within the judiciary with extremist judges removing women’s rights.
