Brittni Silva divorced Marcus Silva in May 2022. However, she found out she was pregnant with their third child in the weeks that followed. The lawsuit was filed in District Court of Galveston County, March 9, and states: “Under Texas law, a person who assists pregnant women in obtaining a self managed abortion is guilty of murder. He can be sued in wrongful death.”
