
The Supreme Court appeared to be receptive on April 18, 2009, to the arguments made by an evangelical Christian postal worker who left the U.S. The Postal Service refused to comply with his request to not work on Sundays.
In January, despite opposition from the Biden Administration, the court decided to accept
the civil lawsuit filed by Gerald Groff. Groff began his career as a U.S. mail carrier in 2012. Postal Service was founded in 2012.
