It is not hard to imagine that a large crowd would love a public library hosting an event there, especially when children are involved. You’re talking about many potential brand-new book borrowers, the possibility of numerous return visits, and more foot traffic — all of which may equal greater interest in the library.
However, the Indianapolis Public Library doesn’t seem to be too happy with an attendance estimate for Kirk Cameron reading his God-focused children’s book “As I Grow” on Thursday.
The library, in particular. tweeted Friday that an attendance estimate of 2,500 is inaccurate — and Far fewer More people showed up than was recorded on social media.
