The benchmark U.S. crude oil price for April delivery was $1.88 to $74.80 per barrel Monday. Brent crude oil for May delivery fell 2.01 to $80.77 per barrel.
Wholesale gasoline prices for April delivery decreased 6 cents per gallon to $2.59 per gallon. April heating oil dropped 1 cent to $2.76 per gallon. April natural gas increased 18c to $2.61 per 1,000 cubes.
April delivery gold rose $49.30 to $1,916.50 an troy ounce. May silver delivery rose $1.41 to 21.92 an ounce. May
copper rose 2 cents per pound.
From 134.79 yen, the dollar dropped to 133.36 Japanese Yuan. The euro rose from $1.0643 to $1.0732.
