Photographs of Biden’s cheat sheets from his Wednesday press conference, which he held with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak, revealed that he was aware of one of the questions asked by the reporter. 

On the card, Los Angeles Times Name and photo of Courtney Subramanian, along with “Question No. 1.”

“How are YOU squaring YOUR domestic priorities—like reshoring semiconductors manufacturing—with alliance-based foreign policy?” Read the article The question is:

Subramanian is the first reporter Biden calls on. Her first question is similar to what was on the cheat-sheet, asking if South Korea was hurt by his efforts in boosting domestic semiconductor production.

Subramanian, at a press conference, said that “your rules against expanding chip production in China hurts South Korean companies who heavily rely on Beijing.” Subramanian asked at the press conference: “Are your rules against expanding chip manufacturing in China hurting South Korean companies that rely heavily on Beijing?”
